Anna Bowman is a theatre producer, performer, and educator from Nashville, TN. She currently works as the Producing Associate for Dale Franzen, Tony and Grammy award winning producer, and as the Box Office & Social Media Manager at South Carolina New Play Festival. In addition, she recently co-produced Philip Kenner's THE MALL THE MALL THE MALL with Twin Fruit Productions at The Tank. Her New York performance credits include staged readings for John Proctor is the Villain with Farm Theater and ALLY with Broomstick Theatre Company. Additional credits include various productions at South Carolina Children’s Theatre: Alice, The Spongebob Musical, The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show, and Wake Up, Brother Bear. In 2023, she worked with Des McAnuff at the South Carolina New Play Festival on The Essential Alice, written by Anne Weisman and Michael Friedman. Her collaborative performance art piece, “One Trick Pony,” was featured at the 2024 ArtFields Festival in Lake City, SC. She earned her B.A. in Theatre and English from Furman University and trained in devised physical theatre at Double Edge Theatre.
